FINANCING TERMS

(Applicable in Corinthian Homes, and Garden City 4 Projects only)  

  • Reservation deposit of 15,000.00 / lot shall be due and payable upon signing of accomplished Data Form Sheet. Deposit will form part of the downpayment but subject to forfeiture after a period of 30 days.

  • Full 20% downpayment shall be due and payable within 30 days from receipt of written notice from developer.

  • Balance shall be due and payable for three (3) years term at 14.50% interest rate, or five (5) years term at 16.50% interest rate, or through financing institutions such as banks or Pag-ibig Fund.
