GARDEN CITY 4 holds 1st General Membership Meeting

Date Posted: May 17, 2010

A new community was born in Barangay Macabling, Sta. Rosa Laguna.

Sunvar Realty Development Corporation and Corinthian Commercial Corporation held the first Homeowners General Membership Meeting for their project known as Garden City 4 Subdivision on August 8, 2009 at the adjacent Corinthian Homes Club House.

SRDC Vice President & homeowner Mr. Manuel R. Chanco III presided the meeting, while Ms. Alicia R. Morales, Sunvar Sales and Marketing Supervisor and homeowner, acted as Secretary to record the minutes of the meeting.

the 1st General Membership Meeting.

Major concerns discussed were the turn-over of Multipurpose Hall and start-up fund to the association, GC4’s water system, and association dues details.  The meeting was highlighted by the election of the members of the Board and Officers to handle the affairs of the association for one year or until a new set of officers are elected.

The following are the newly elected officers of GC4 Homeowner’s Association:

President                       :           JOSELITO S. FAJARDO

Vice President                :           VERGEL FATALLA

Secretary                      :           ALICIA R. MORALES

Treasurer                      :           NILDA A. AGOO

Asst. Treasurer              :           JULIET M. SANCHEZ

Auditor                          :           MA. CARINA T. GAW

P.R.O.                           :           TERESITA A. GAVIOLA

Multipurpose area

Provided within this 15-hectare joint venture development is a 277.06-square meter multipurpose area complete with a commercial-type building furnished with appliances, fixtures and utilities.

What the developers have envisioned, Chanco explained, is for the homeowners of Garden City IV to maintain an association that will then collectively run the multipurpose area’s many potential business offerings.

For example, the association could open bidding for its residents who would like to operate a sari-sari (variety) store, laundry shop, a day-care center or even an internet café.

The Garden City 4 Multipurpose Hall

Garden City 4 is composed of 169 socialized housing units of 22 square meters on a 36-sq-m lot and 2 lots of 55 and 42.50 square meters respectively.
