Multipurpose area
Provided within this 15-hectare joint venture development is a 277.06-square meter multipurpose area complete with a commercial-type building furnished with appliances, fixtures and utilities.
What the developers have envisioned, Chanco explained, is for the homeowners of Garden City IV to maintain an association that will then collectively run the multipurpose area’s many potential business offerings.
For example, the association could open bidding for its residents who would like to operate a sari-sari (variety) store, laundry shop, a day-care center or even an internet café.
The Garden City 4 Multipurpose Hall
Garden City 4 is composed of 169 socialized housing units of 22 square meters on a 36-sq-m lot and 2 lots of 55 and 42.50 square meters respectively.
